West Coast Clean Truck Check ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or request an appointment, how we use it, and your rights under California law (including the CCPA/CPRA).
Information we collect
When you submit the appointment request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company name, phone number, email address, vehicle information (count, GVWR class), service address, preferred dates, and any notes. We also collect technical information like IP address and user-agent for fraud prevention.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform the service you asked for, keep records required by the Clean Truck Check program, and communicate with you about your appointment.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share test results with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) as required by the Clean Truck Check program. We use service providers (email delivery, database hosting) bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your California rights
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of any sale or sharing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@westcoastctc.com or call (818) 418-7881.
How long we keep it
Appointment and service records are retained for the period required by the Clean Truck Check program and general California business-record requirements. We delete unrelated contact form submissions after 24 months unless a service relationship continues.
